We offer Paypal (no need to sign up, plus we can accept credit cards through them as well!), RME (Revolution Money Exchange), Check or Money Order. I don't like using my credit card online, can I call in my order? At this time we are not taking orders over the phone. Using Paypal is a safe and easy way to pay for items online. How long does it take to process a retail order? We process orders Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Saturday it will be processed on Monday. Please allow 24 hours for processing. Our TAT (Turn Around Time) is posted on the front of our home page. TAT is the time it takes us to make your order and ship it out, it doesn't include the amount of time it takes to reach you once it's been shipped.. Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it? Orders can always be changed or cancelled with in the first 24 hours of placing the order. The only time an order cannot be cancelled if it is ready to be shipped. If you need to change your order please email sales@chunkybuttcandles.com right away with your order# and what needs to be changed. If there is an emergency, please let us know and we will work with you. Do you have a restocking fee If I cancel my order? There is no restocking fee for cancelling an order.. If an order needs to be changed please email sales@chunkybuttcandles.com right away. Be sure to include your order# and what needs to be changed. How do you ship orders (via what carrier)? At this time all orders, US and International are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation is added to all US orders below $25. Insurance is added to all US orders over $25. All International orders are insured. Can I pick my order up to save on shipping costs? At this time we don't offer this option. Do you ship internationally? Yes we do ship internationally! You need to choose the international shipping option and then either Flat Rate Large or Flat Rate Small. If you have any other question about International shippng don't hesitate to contact us! What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please contact returns@chunkybuttcandles.com and let us know right away. Damaged items may need to be returned to us (shipping will be reimbursed), and will be replaced immediately. If you are able to take pictures of the damaged items please email them to the above address (you will not need to return them). What if I don't like the product, can I return it? Products can only be returned if it is broken, damaged or the wrong item. Please contact returns@chunkybuttcandles.com before returning any products. Products cannot be returned if you don't like the scent. For our candles we offer Melt Aways which can be ordered and are 2oz. aprox. which is a good way to try our fragrances before buying a larger size. We also offer 2oz. samples of our bath and body products. What if I am sent the wrong item? If the wrong item has been sent please contact returns@chunkybuttcandles.com right away. Please be sure to email us with a copy of your complete order. Please let us know what item(s) you received that were incorrect. If you are able to take a picture, please send it to the address above (you will not need to return the item(s). What are your hours of operation if I need to contact you? If you need to contact Chunky Butt Candle & Bath Company for any reason please email sales@chunkybuttcandles.com to get ahold of us. Emails are answered right away. If something is an emergency please put urgent in the subject line of your email. Are your products safe for use on the skin? None of our candle products are safe for use on the skin, nor is it recommended. Our candle fragrances are NOT skin safe. All of our bath and body products have skin safe fragrance oils in them. Will you give away or sell my information after I order? Customers information is never given out or sold to anyone for any reason. The only way we use your email address is for ordering, newsletters and contacting purposes.
