There is a processing time of 24 hours from the time of order Monday through Friday. Our TAT (Turn Around Time) is posted on our home page. TAT doesn't include the amount of time it takes for your package to arrive. If you order on a Saturday your order will be processed on a Monday. Sales tax of 7% is charged to all Iowa orders. All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Canadian/International Orders Please be sure to choose the international or Canadian shipping option at checkout. You will be sent a seperate invoice for your shipping total. Payment Methods All orders are pre-paid at the time of sale. We accept the following payment methods: PAYPAL REVOLUTION MONEY EXCHANGE GOOGLE CHECKOUT CHECK MONEY ORDER Return Policies The only returns that are accepted are damaged, missing, or wrong products. You will have 30 days from the time of purchase to return the products for any of the reasons stated above. Please email returns@chunkybuttcandles.com to get the return process started. In most cases you will not have to return any damaged or wrong products. If you are able to take pictures of the damaged or wrong items and send them to the email address stated above, you will not have to return the damaged or wrong products. Cancellation and Order Change Policies You can always change or cancel your order within 24 hours. The only time an order cannot be cancelled if it is ready to be shipped. There are no cancellation or restocking fees for cancelling an order. Back Orders If your candles or bath and body are placed on back order you will be notified by email immediately. You will be told how long to expect to wait til your candles will be ready for order. Back Order Options Option 1: Have the rest of your order ship without the backordered item(s). Your backordered item(s) will then ship seperately once they become available. Option 2: Replace the backordered item(s) with a different item(s) of equal value. Option 3: Cancel the backordered item(s), receive a refund for the item(s) and have the rest of your order ship out.
