There is a processing time of 24hrs. and a shipping time of 48 hrs. (depending on the order size) from the time of order Monday through Friday. Larger orders will take longer to ship. If you order on a Saturday your order will be processed on a Monday. Sales tax of 7% is charged to all Iowa orders. All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. International Orders Shipping for international orders is calculated manually. Please be sure to choose the international shipping option and Paypal- International payment option at checkout. Your shipping will be calculated and you will be billed through Paypal for your total order amount. Disclaimer All policies contained herein are subject to change without notice. Payment Methods All orders are pre-paid at the time of sale. We accept the following payment methods: PAYPAL CHECK MONEY ORDER Return Policies The only returns that are accepted are damaged, missing, or wrong products. You will have 30 days from the time of purchase to return the products for any of the reasons stated above. Please email returns@chunkybuttcandles.com to get the return process started. If you are able to take pictures of the damaged items and send them to the email address stated above, you will not have to return the damaged or wrong products. Cancellation and Order Change Policies You can always change or cancel your order within 24 hours. The only time an order cannot be cancelled if it is ready to be shipped. Back Orders If your candles are placed on back order you will be notified by email immediately. You will be told how long to expect to wait til your candles will be ready for order. Back Order Options *Have your order ship without the backordered item(s). *Have the rest of your order ship without the backordered item(s). Your backordered item(s) will then ship seperately once they become available. *Replace the backordered item with a different item of equal value. *Cancel the backordered item(s), receive a refund for the item(s) and have the rest of your order ship out.
