Policies

Ordering Information
All candles are made to order. There is a processing time of 24-48 hrs. and a shipping time of 1-2 weeks. (depending on the order size) from the time of order Monday through Friday. Extremely large orders will take longer to ship.
If you order on a Saturday your order will be processed on a Monday.
A 7% sales tax is added to all orders that do not have a business liscense or sales tax id #.

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.

All orders are pre-paid at the time of sale. We accept the following payment methods:

Return Policies
The only returns that are accepted are damaged, missing, or wrong products. You will have 30 days from the time you receive your order to return the products for any of the reasons stated above. Please email returns@chunkybuttcandles.com to get the return process started. If you are able to take pictures of the damaged items and send them to the email address stated above, you will not have to return the damaged or wrong products.

Cancellation and Order Change Policies
You can always change your order, but to cancel an order after it's ready to ship will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Back Orders
If your candles are placed on back order you will be notified by email immediately. You will be told how long to expect to wait til your candles will be ready for order.
Back Order Options
*Have your order ship without the backordered item(s).
*Have the rest of your order ship without the backordered item(s). Your backordered item(s) will then ship seperately once they become available.
*Replace the backordered item with a different item of equal value.
*Cancel the backordered item(s), receive a refund for the item(s) and have the rest of your order ship out.
